Day after day, year after year, complaints whizzed through wires, bounced off cell towers and crash-landed into the eardrums of Becky Sprite. For twenty years, she soothed frustrations, applied balm to woes, while rolling her eyes. “Yes, it’s us” call center, had wrung every dream from Becky’s body, but today came freedom. Today was her last day before tipping into retirement.
