Steam swirled and spun on tiny currents, clung to see faded yellow tile, dampened my blond hair. I breathed deep, allowing the heat to loosen my lungs, willing the tiny rasp that interrupted each breath away. My head lulled against the moist wall, my eyes closed, droplets formed on my eyelashes. The sound of the water splashing against an empty stall filled the room.
